Föreningens förvaltare Nabo har sedan en tid tillbaka gjort om rutinen kring påminnelseavgifter för förfallna obetalda avier som vi härmed vill informera om.

Vad innebär detta för dig som medlem:

• Påminnelseavgiften läggs på den avi som är försenad, det vill säga att påminnelseavgiften läggs på totalbeloppet på den försenade avin istället för en separat kostnad på kommande avi.
• Det innebär att ni som medlem behöver betala påminnelseavgiften på just den specifika ursprungsavin alternativt via påminnelseavin som ni får och beloppet uppdateras i portalen under obetalt belopp. Det innebär att det ska användas samma OCR som ursprungsavi som varit försenad.

Ni kan alltid se ert totala obetalda belopp när ni loggar in på Nabo.se.

Short trtanslation in English: The association's administrator Nabo has recently changed the routine regarding reminder fees for overdue unpaid notices, which we would like to inform you about.

What does this mean for you as a member:

• The reminder fee is added to the notice that is overdue, that is, the reminder fee is added to the total amount of the overdue notice instead of a separate cost on the upcoming notice.
• This means that you as a member need to pay the reminder fee on the specific original notice or via the reminder notice that you receive and the amount is updated in the portal under unpaid amount. This means that the same OCR should be used as the original notice that was overdue.

You can always see your total unpaid amount when you log in to Nabo.se.

Vänligen notera att alla cyklar skall vara märkta med namn och lägenhetsnummer (3 siffror) senast april 9. Omärkta cyklar flyttas till vår källarförvaring under Postgatan 3.

Vi ses lördag 11 april 10-12 och vi fikar tillsammans när vi är klara.

It is time to clean the courtyard for the spring and summer. We meet on Saturday 11th April 10:00-12:00 hours. A container for bulky waste will be available infront of Packhusplatsen 4. Please note that all bicycles need to have a tag with name and apartment number (3 digits) by April 9. Unmarked bicycles will be moved to our storage area in the basement of Postgatan 3.

Afterwards we will have coffee together.

Processen för att felanmäla har uppdaterats av vår förvaltare. Både normala och akuta fel skall nu anmälas till Optimal (företaget där våra fastighetsskötare arbetar samt sköter vår trappstädning). Att ett mellansteg nu är borta i processen borde snabba upp saker och ge bättre transparens. Vi kan felanmäla med eller utan att vara inloggade med BankId samt via telefon. Anslagen i varje portuppgång är uppdaterade samt sidan för felanmälan på vår hemsida (under kontakt -> felanmälan): https://brfhembygden.se/kontakt/felanmalan

Both normal and urgent issues should now go to Optimal (the company our janitors work for and that cleans our common areas). Removing a middle step should speed things up. We can report with or without logging in via BankID as well as via phone. The notices in each entrance are updated, as well as the error reporting page on our website (under kontakt -> felanmälan). Nu är det dags att börja planera för nästa verksamhetsår, och vi i valberedningen söker engagerade medlemmar som vill vara med och bidra till föreningens utveckling genom att delta i styrelsearbetet.

Now is the time to start planning for the next financial year, and we in the nomination committee are looking for committed members who want to be involved and contribute to the development of the association by participating in the board work.

Being on the board is a fantastic opportunity to:
