Våra rörläggare har fortsatt sitt detektivarbete under gårdagen och den feedback vi fått under dagen är positiv när det kommer till att varmvatten kommer snabbt och stabilt på slingorna längst bort på Smedjegatan 3. Det som skett är:
- I den sista lägenheten på den misstänkta rörstammen som rörmokarna kom in till igår efter att vår medlem kommit hem från en långresa påträffades en blandare som läckte kallvatten över till varmvattnet. De har efter OK av medlemmen bytt ut blandaren.
- Dessutom hittade de en plastbit som störde flödet när de kopplade bort två gamla flödesmätare där den ena börjat läcka och var defekt. Nu sitter det raka kopparrör istället vilket borde öka flödet.
- De hittade också en ventil nära fjärrvärmerummet som var för mycket öppen vilket minskade flödet av varmvatten till resten av stammarna efteråt på slingan. Detta har sannolikt skett i samband med en renovering av badrum/kök där vattenavstängning krävts och inte skett korrekt.
- De har ökat varvtalet på pumpen för att öka cirkulationen
- De har luftat en slinga på Smedjegatan 3 som har en inte optimal sträckning baserat på att källaren är 275 år gammal.

Short translation in English: Our plumbers continued their detective work yesterday and the feedback we received during the day is positive when it comes to hot water coming quickly and stably on the loops at the far end of Smedjegatan 3. What happened is:
- In the last apartment on the suspected pipe line that the plumbers came to yesterday after our member returned from a long trip, a mixer was found that leaked cold water into the hot water. After the member's OK, they replaced the mixer.
- In addition, they found a piece of plastic that disrupted the flow when they disconnected two old flow meters, one of which had started to leak and was defective. Now there is straight copper pipe instead, which should increase the flow.
- They also found a valve near the district heating room that was too open, which reduced the flow of hot water to the rest of the lines later on in the loop. This likely happened in connection with a renovation of the bathroom/kitchen where water shut-off was required and was not done correctly.
- They have increased the speed of the pump to increase circulation·
- They have bled a loop at Smedjegatan 3 which has a non-optimal route based on the fact that the basement is 275 years old.
